Rutabaga Cleaning Machinery for Soil and Field Material Removal

Haith’s rutabaga cleaning machinery helps remove loose soil, debris and unwanted plant material from the crop flow. Separation, top removal and dry brushing can be configured around the condition of the incoming rutabaga and the preparation needed before it moves onward.

Cleaning Rutabaga After Receiving

Rutabaga receiving machinery feeds the incoming crop into the handling line. Soil, debris and plant material arriving with it can then be separated before the crop reaches further preparation equipment. The material present in each load helps determine which cleaning steps are needed.

Separating Soil and Unwanted Plant Material

Soil separation removes loose field material from the rutabaga flow. Where tops and other plant material remain with the crop, a further cleaning step can remove them. Dry brushing is also available when the crop requires additional surface preparation without water.

Connecting Cleaning With Later Stages

If stones require dedicated removal, rutabaga destoning machinery covers that stage. Haith’s rutabaga washing and drying machinery covers water-based preparation where it is needed. The cleaning setup can be fitted to the crop’s route through these stages.
